Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all aspects of reservations/enquiries for our helicopter tour, shuttle and charter services. Assure our agents and their customer’s requirements are satisfied in accordance with company's objectives.


Qualifications:

• Experienced with customer service mainly in the tourism/airline industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organized team player with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and Internet.
• Able to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
