We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Butler (House Manager) to help elevate our villa operations and support the growth of our Villa Manager team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enhance service quality standards across our villa portfolio.
• Train, mentor, and support Villa Managers to build confidence and professional growth.
• Oversee a portfolio of private villas ranging from 3 to 10 bedrooms.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences for international high-end clientele.

Requirements:
✔ Strong housekeeping and F&B knowledge and experience.
✔ Previous experience serving luxury or international guests.
✔ Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
✔ Professional appearance and a passion for hospitality.
✔ Good command of English.
