- Minimum of 5 years' experience at a 4-5 star hotel.
- Knowledge of human resources management, and Training & Development.
- Knowledge of staff training, development, recognition, and delegation.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues, trainees, and managers.
- Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and management skills, with the ability to make decisions and assess training needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- An understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
