-Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as Tourism and Hospitality Management, Marketing, or similar disciplines.
-Prior experience in reservations or hotel management is a plus.
2.Experience
-At least 3-5 years of experience in reservations or customer service.
-Experience in team management will be considered an advantage.
3.Language Skills
-Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
-Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
4.Personality
-Professional appearance with strong communication skills and confidence.
-Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
