Job Requirement:

Conduct Mandatory classes for external students(Thai massage Swedish massage, and other classes ) and managing school operations of mandatory curriculum and conduct classes for the guest according to the offers class for the guest.

To develop & perform new classes/workshops/ align with the overall Banyan Spa & Wellbeing Academy direction,

To provide clear and proper instructions in the delivery of class/workshop exceed guest satisfactory according to the required and ensuring all safety measures are taken into consideration at all times

Qualification Required:

Take responsibility to managing school operations and take responsibility for school administration work, reporting quality assurance and awards submission to maintain the school license.
To respond to school special projects as per assignment and to do onsite visiting education institute, Presenting and participating Expo Roadshow and Speaker teacher duties.

Essential Job Skills : Intermediate English Language skills Strong organizational skills, Ability to lead, motivate and develop teamwork. Detailed knowledge of working practices of spa at least 2 years services. Strong administrative skills and ability to work under pressure and has positive outgoing personality.

Job skills : Has been work for trainer /instructor within Spa, Wellbeing industry, interesting for development & has a good initiative.
1. Able to prepare training document of training materials. Has teaching background or completed course of Trainer program.
2. Prevent track record in hotel or similar standard in similar capacity.
3. Has Instructor / Teacher / Spa or Wellbeing practitioner licenses.
4. Has skilled Thai massage & Thai medicine with expertise in the fields of Professional license Physio therapy, Sport & science, Traditional Chinese Medicines, Thai Traditional Medicine in the field of Thai massage, Pharmacy, Medicine and Thai midwives.

Education Required:

Bachelor degree align with TTM,TCM ,Spa & beauty science, Physio therapy. Sport science.
