We are seeking a Reservations Manager to lead the reservations team for two eco-resorts in Khao Sok with a focus on maximizing yield and optimizing the communication process.

This position reports to the Resort Managers and Owner. The resorts - Our Jungle Camp and Our Jungle House - each feature 19 rooms nestled in the forests of Khao Sok National Park in Thailand. The resorts offer guests an immersive experience combining bungalows and tree-houses with nature based activities and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Maximize efficiency of reservations staff and coordinate the management of all reservation channels – direct
bookings, OTAs, wholesale partners, and social media.
• Implement dynamic pricing and room allotments to different client channels that maximize yield and occupancy.
• Achieve a level of service quality that exceeds client expectations, as evidenced by positive guest feedback.
• Promote tour packages and unique activities along with rooms and transfers.
• Lead communication with wholesale partners (travel agents, DMCs, etc.).
• Ensure effective inter-department cooperation and represent the Reservations team at management meetings.
• Establish and implement training modules that improve staff effectiveness and job satisfaction.
• Provides reports analyzing rates, occupancy, etc. to management team.

Skills & Experience
• A proven track record of effective communications within the tourism industry.
• Team management skills to oversee a remote workforce of 3-4 staff.
• Knowledge of hotel property management and channel management systems (preferably with Beds24).
• Financial reporting to summarize past performance and future targets.
• Excellent written English, with an ability to streamline communication processes.
• Spoken Thai is highly preferred.
