Description
A PTE engineer plays a key role in the construction, engineering, and production department, providing technical, organizational, and documentation support for the project.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in specialized software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Knowledge of English is required (INTERMEDIATE in Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in working with technical and regulatory documentation.
• Proven experience, or a similar role in the construction industry • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of construction management software is a plus

Responsibilities
1. Documentation Management and Control:
• Development and approval of design and working documentation
• Monitoring the availability and relevance of project documentation
• Maintaining as-built documentation (hidden work acts, as-built drawings, work logs)
• Checking and signing work completion reports from contractors
• Preparing technical reports for clients and regulatory authorities
2. Work Planning and Organization:
• Developing and monitoring production schedules
• Coordinating interactions between project participants: clients, contractors, designers, and other parties
• Preparing material, equipment, and machinery requests
• Ensuring the delivery and compliance of materials with project requirements
3. Work Execution Control:
• Technical supervision to ensure compliance with design documentation, standards, and work technologies
• Participating in site inspections
• Monitoring the resolution of identified issues
• Verifying completed work volumes for compliance with the project
4. Cost Estimation:
• Preparing estimates and calculations (if required)
• Reviewing cost documentation for alignment with the project and actual completed work volumes
5. Interaction with Regulatory Authorities:
• Preparing documents for project handover and commissioning
• Supporting inspections conducted by state and municipal authorities
6. Analysis and Optimization:
• Participating in cost analysis and proposing optimization measures
• Assessing risks and offering recommendations to improve work quality
