Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity

Strong knowledge of the local and international MICE, corporate, and leisure markets

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and planning abilities

Ability to manage and mentor the sales team effectively

Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage

Strong understanding of revenue management and distribution channels

Positive attitude, dynamic personality, and high level of professionalism
