สรุปภาพรวมตำแหน่งงาน:
รับผิดชอบการสร้างสรรค์เนื้อหาในรูปแบบภาพนิ่งและวิดีโอ ตั้งแต่กระบวนการวางแผน การถ่ายทำ ไปจนถึงการตัดต่อ เพื่อใช้ในช่องทางออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ของบริษัท โดยเน้นการสื่อสารภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์ให้มีความน่าสนใจและทันสมัย
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
* Production: วางแผนการถ่ายทำ เตรียมอุปกรณ์ (กล้อง, ไฟ, เสียง) และดำเนินการถ่ายทำภาพนิ่งและวิดีโอตามโจทย์ที่ได้รับ
* Post-Production: ตัดต่อวิดีโอ ใส่เอฟเฟกต์ (Motion Graphics), ทำสี (Color Grading), และเลือกดนตรีประกอบให้เข้ากับอารมณ์ของงาน
* Creative Collaboration: ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Content และ Graphic Designer เพื่อระดมไอเดีย (Brainstorm) ในการผลิตคอนเทนต์ให้ตอบโจทย์กลุ่มเป้าหมาย
* Asset Management: จัดเก็บและสำรองไฟล์งาน (Footage) อย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อความสะดวกในการเรียกใช้งานย่อยในอนาคต
* Trend Tracking: ติดตามเทรนด์การถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอใหม่ๆ (โดยเฉพาะใน TikTok, Reels และ YouTube) เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับงาน
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
* ทักษะซอฟต์แวร์: เชี่ยวชาญโปรแกรมในตระกูล Affinity Photo, Designer and publisher) หรือโปรแกรมตัดต่ออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Desktop)
* ทักษะเทคนิค: มีความเข้าใจเรื่ององค์ประกอบภาพ (Composition), การจัดแสง (Lighting), และการบันทึกเสียง
* ความคิดสร้างสรรค์: สามารถเล่าเรื่องผ่านวิดีโอ (Storytelling) ได้น่าสนใจ และมีความเข้าใจในจังหวะการตัดต่อ (Pacing)
* การจัดการ: สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและส่งงานตามกำหนดเวลา (Deadline) ได้
* พอร์ตโฟลิโอ: มีผลงานย้อนหลังที่แสดงถึงทักษะการถ่ายและตัดต่ออย่างชัดเจน

Live Streaming มีความรู้เรื่องระบบการทำ Live ผ่าน Facebook, TikTok หรือ OBS
Social Media Insight เข้าใจ Algorithm ของแต่ละ Platform ว่าวิดีโอแบบไหนจะได้รับ
