Qualifications

-1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or coordination roles (fresh graduates may be considered for some positions).
-Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
-Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate recruitment and hiring processes.
-Maintain employee records and HR databases.
-Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
-Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee relations matters.
-Prepare HR reports and administrative documents.
-Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities.
