Skyview Resort Phuket Patong Beach is Hiring a Hotel Manager.
Are you an energetic hospitality professional with strong operational roots and a sharp eye for food and beverage management?
SKYVIEW is seeking a hands-on, dynamic Hotel Manager to drive day-to-day operations at our stunning 43-key Patong property.
Reporting directly to the Cluster General Manager in Bangkok, you will have full operational oversight of the Phuket resort. This role demands a visible, engaging leader who loves guest interaction, empowers their team, and possesses the strong F&B and commercial know-how needed to manage our dining experiences and special events successfully.

Key Responsibilities
•Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality service.
•F&B Operations & Menu Management: Oversee the restaurant and bar operations, collaborating with the culinary team on menu updates, promotions, and ensuring a high standard of food and beverage service.
•Cost Control & Profitability: Manage day-to-day F&B costings, portion controls, inventory, and supplier relationships to maintain healthy margins without compromising quality.
•Special Events Coordination: Lead the planning, costings, and execution of resort events, private functions, and seasonal promotions to drive local revenue and guest satisfaction.
•Team Leadership & Culture: Foster a balanced, supportive workplace where our Thai team feels respected, heard, and motivated. Mentor supervisors to let their unique personalities and authentic local hospitality shine.
•Accountability & Governance: Drive accurate record-keeping, maintain clear written communication, and ensure the team is continuously updated on hotel and guest information.
•Sustainability Initiatives: Proactively implement green policies, focusing on energy/water conservation, waste reduction, and sustainable sourcing to drive the property toward greater environmental responsibility.

What We Are Looking For
•Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of senior hospitality management experience (EAM, Front Office Manager, or seasoned Operations Manager), with solid, practical experience supervising hotel F&B operations.
•F&B & Event Competency: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, menu engineering, cost control, and successful event execution.
•Cultural Intelligence: Deep respect for Thai culture and customs, with proven experience managing, inspiring, and developing local teams.
•Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal skills (Thai language skills are a distinct advantage).
•Mindset: A proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented attitude, a good commercial head, and a passion for delivering memorable guest journeys.
