Minimum Requirements:
• 5-10 years’ experience in Architect or Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of design and construction in Thailand preferably in Phuket
• Must have Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Possess both outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills in managing a team of site personnel, contractors and sub-contractors
• Computer skills to perform necessary tasks described above
