• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
• Experience in the hotel operations, especially in Room Divisions, Working experience in Thailand is preferred.
• Management and customer service experience in a similar capacity in a luxurious 5-star hotel/resort. – desirable.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead.
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting strong communications skills.
• Accountable for the entire operation and control of the hotel
