Senior Manager-Membership & Loyalty Program

Job Summary:
This role will drive development and execution of activities relating to the Membership and Loyalty sales strategy for Blue Tree Phuket, and all its products and services. This includes working closely with all Blue Tree business units to develop strategies, establishing partnerships, performance management, product development and optimization of Membership Sales and activation and usage of the Loyalty program.

To create loyalty marketing programs and campaigns and interact with Blue Tree Club members. Lead these loyalty programs in order to drive members acquisition, development, and retention. Design and manage communications strategies focused on attracting, developing and retaining members.

Core Working Activities:
Membership Program
1. Develop and implement a membership/loyalty growth strategy, covering sales, marketing, and retention, to deliver targets and membership growth.
2. Provide analysis of existing programmatic and membership materials as well as membership retention rates and opportunities for improvement.
3. Oversee regular analytics and reports to inform continuous improvement in the delivery of membership services and benefits programs.
4. Develop a strategic plan for improving member benefit offering and increasing overall membership.
5. Recommend potential products or services to the management team by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
6. Assist in creating and updating membership and marketing materials, including letters, flyers for upcoming events, welcome packets, factsheets, directories, surveys, and others.
7. Develop membership/customer retention strategies and targets.
8. Research and acquire opportunities to promote membership/loyalty programs via partnerships or third-party affiliates.
9. Ensure that benefits delivery is carried out across all departments to improve membership/customer satisfaction.
10. Manage all aspects of the new member’s application process ensuring that new members receive prompt and high-quality service.
11. Monitor membership feedback, comments and suggestions to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
12. Regularly review membership workflow and internal processes and make recommendations for improvement.
13. Segmentation of data and management of administrative processes.
14. Monitor and evaluate and update membership services and benefits.
15. Provide accurate management information and statistics to support the reporting to the Management team.
16. Support member communications channels by drafting copy and messaging for campaigns including renewals and attraction.
17. Gather good practice case studies across all membership for marketing and communication use.

Loyalty Program
1. Responsible for both the program optimization (member acquisition, engagement and retention and the modeling, analysis and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the assigned loyalty programs.
2. Manage the design and execution of our existing loyalty program whilst looking for opportunities to strategically develop and grow.
3. Deep dive into the members database to glean insights that can be applied to drive the business. Develop members strategies in order to improve members data capture and Member Lifetime Value.
4. Uphold data governance standards and ensure data is captured consistently and appropriately across different touchpoints and channels.
5. Extract, analyze and interpret data from different sources to enable data visualization and translate findings into simple actionable insights.
6. Manage strategic membership projects in order to deliver them on time and within budget.
7. Lead the design, execution and delivery of different disciplined testing approaches and strict campaign measurement methodology.
8. Support the Director of Sales or agency with the email calendar management and execution of targeted campaigns.
9. Keep and nurture relationships with external agencies, partners and suppliers.
10. Stay updated on CRM and member loyalty best practices.
11. Manage allocated budget.

1. Strong understanding of membership & loyalty program environment with a demonstrable track record.
2. Demonstrable experience in delivering a highly effective membership scheme attracting new members and retaining current.
3. Experience in delivering membership relationship management.
4. Demonstrable experience in managing membership administration and processes including renewals, joining, leavers, and data segmentation.
5. A data-driven profile who is commercially minded, with strong analytical skills. Experience in creating a dashboard for metrics
