• เพศหญิง อายุตั้งแต่ 22 ปีขึ้นไป
• การศึกษาระดับปริญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี/การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความรู้เรื่องหลักการทางบัญชี และภาษีทั้งระบบ และสามารถควบคุมตรวจสอบระบบบัญชีได้
• มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกม Excel ได้ดี และมีประสบการณ์การใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูป
• มีความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต. ความรับผิดชอบสูง, ละเอียดรอบคอบ, ขยันอดทน, มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และมีใจรักงานบริการ
• มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ และมีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
• มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Sales Audit 1 Audit check Ticket issued at Airport
* Prepare summary of internet sales for Phuket and send to Bangkok team. (Weekly)
* Audit check taxes, fare, conditions and etc.
* Check Tax invoices tally with Sale Report
2 Audit check ticket issued by Bangkok Ticket office
* Print sales report and auditing.
3 Prepare monthly Discrepancy report for Phuket & Bangkok
Tax Matters 4 Prepare of Withholding tax report and filing to the Revenue Department website.
* Print and check Withholding tax tally with SAP.
* Send pay-in slip to BKK team to process payment.
5 Raise JV for Phuket
6 Prepare Output VAT Report for Phuket
* Output VAT from Internet and Mobile Sales
* Raise Credit Note and refund report
7 Consolidate input and output VAT file to Bangkok team for filing
8 Certify attendance sheet and email to Bangkok team (for OT and Transportation allowance for Phuket staff)

Others 15 Keep track of Medical Fee for each Phuket staff and collect of co-payment.

18 Comprehensive Insurance Programme (CIP) exercise for Phuket
