Roles & Responsibilities
• Negotiate with foreign clients
• Interaction with foreign partners in English and Russian (construction, developers, Thai real estate agencies);
• Advising clients on real estate transaction;
• Organization on offline real estate display;
• Control over contracts and transactions;
Qualifications
• Previous experience in real estate industry is preferred
• Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have excellent written and spoken Russia, English and Thai skills. Other languages are a plus
• High attention to detail, well organized, with a sense of urgency and a drive to get things done
• Fresh graduates with work/internship experience are encouraged to apply
