**Job Description:**

Phuket Property Group Co., Ltd. is in search of a dynamic Sales Agent to become part of our team. This role calls for a candidate who can adeptly manage office tasks, client meetings, and property prospecting, and represent our company at various events. We're interested in outgoing, resilient individuals who maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate strong commitment and integrity in their work.


**Key-Responsibilities**

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities.
• Stay updated on the real estate market trends, new developments, and local sellers.
• Conduct property showcases and represent the company at various events.
• List properties and events on social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver presentations to potential clients, influencing and inspiring them with our properties.
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understand and promote company programs.

**Qualifications:**
Thai National
• Woman Aged between 22-45 years.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, including WordPress, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and other related platforms.
• Competence in using social media platforms for business promotion.
• Possess a service mind, positive thinking, and demonstrate commitment and honesty in their work.
• Proactive and aware of the latest trends in the real estate market.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Must own a car and hold a valid driving license.
• Flexible to adapt to various working conditions.
