- As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all aspects of our business, including planning, marketing, sales, operations, and customer service. You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets for expansion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
- Establish and maintain efficient processes, procedures, and systems to optimize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to employees, setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency and minimize expenses.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for tour packages, accommodations, transportation, and overall customer experiences.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, and implement measures to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications:
1.Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior management role within the tourism or travel industry.
2.Strong business acumen and a track record of successfully managing a tour operator company or similar business.
3.In-depth knowledge of the tourism industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
4.Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business development, and sales/marketing.
5.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6.Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
7.Ability to adapt to changing environments, work under pressure, and make sound decisions.
8.Proficiency in using industry-specific software and technology.
