1.Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

6.Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or in a similar leasing role.

9.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a leasing team.
10.Proficient in using leasing software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
11.Analytical mindset and ability to interpret leasing data and market trends.
12.Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to effectively close lease agreements.
13.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
14.Familiarity with property management principles and processes.
15.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
16.Knowledge of local rental laws and regulations.
