• สามารถดำเนินการ ซ่อมบำรุงและค้นหาข้อผิดพลาดในระบบเครื่องกลทั้งหมดได้
• สามารถใช้เครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือไฟฟ้าในโรงงานได้
• สามารถสรุปและรายงานความคืบหน้าหรือปัญหาต่างๆต่อผู้จัดการฝ่ายวิศวกรรมได้
• ประเภทสัญญา : เริ่มต้น 1 ปี จนถึงระยะยาว (มากกว่า 1 ปี)
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐาน
มีความสามารถในการนำเสนอได้ดี มีความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยและทำงานหนักได้
