This is a full-time on-site role as a Guest Relations Manager - German Speaking at TUI BLUE Khao Lak Resort located in Phang Nga. As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to German-speaking guests. Your day-to-day tasks may include greeting guests, handling inquiries and complaints, organizing activities and excursions, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications This role requires:
Fluency in both German and English
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
Ability to handle various guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
