Job Description:

As a Business Operations Analyst at Storm Corp Co Ltd ( Avangard Entertainment Group), your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless execution of our multi-stage outdoor festivals by overseeing and managing the financial aspects of the Operations division. Your role is pivotal in creating a well-defined budget and establishing efficient processes that facilitate the success of our live entertainment events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budget Development: Collaborate with various teams within the Operations division to create comprehensive budgets encompassing ticket sales, set design and construction, sound and video production, traffic control, security, site logistics, material acquisitions, food and beverage services, and waste disposal.

2. Financial Planning: Conduct thorough financial analysis, forecasting, and cost estimation to support budgeting decisions. Regularly review budget performance and propose adjustments as necessary to ensure cost-effective operations.

3. Process Improvement: Develop and implement systems, forms, and procedures that streamline budget management, financial tracking, and resource allocation within the Operations division. Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

4. Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring favorable terms and cost-effective solutions for the festival's needs.

5. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and enhance decision-making.

6. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies. Generate regular reports to communicate financial status, variances, and key performance indicators to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in budget management and financial analysis within the live entertainment or event management industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for vendor interactions.
- Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and budgeting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced festival environment.
- A passion for the entertainment industry and a creative approach to financial solutions.
