Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent.
• Manage the company's employee relations program, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure the company's compensation and benefits programs are competitive and attractive to employees.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
• Manage the company's HRIS system to ensure accurate and timely data management and reporting.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and employee relations initiatives

Qualifications
• Any genders
• Bachelor's Degree in related field (master’s degree would consider to be an advantage)
• At least 7 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a compensation & benefits or employee relations role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies.
• Knowledge of HR technology and systems
• Good command of written and spoken English and excellent Thai proficiency
• Good judgment, well organized, systematic and communications skills
• Able to work with deadlines & under time pressure.
