We are principally engaged in the development and management of a large-scale mixed property development project in Phang-nga, Thailand. The site, located within the Thai Muang district, is planned to develop as an all-season resort with high-end residential real estate, hotels and other facilities. To achieve this aim, we invite high-caliber professional individuals to join our site team based in Thai Muang (30km north of Phuket).

Assistant Accountant

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of full set accounting services. Your responsibilities will also include month end closing, monthly financial reports preparation, variance analysis and budgeting.

Successful applicant:

• Degree holder in accounting with equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 3 years accounting and/or auditing experience
• Experience in handling finance and accounting works of property development or real estate related field is definitely a plus
• Good interpersonal skills and good command of spoken and written Thai and English
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-oriented and ability to work independently
• Well versed with Microsoft Office applications
• Based in Phang-nga
