Club Miracle is a premium villa rental agency in Phuket. We have an online concierge position open now, to be based either in Rawai or Central. Tasks include opening group chats on various platforms (WhatsApp, Line, Wechat) with incoming guests, informing them about their rental and following-up their requests during their stay. Good command of written English is required.
We provide salary and sales commission. Thai national preferred, with experience in the hospitality industry or customer service. For the sake of clarity: we are looking for candidates with relevant experience, strong and professional, based in Phuket and working from one of our offices.
