• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or business development.
• Knowledge of Russian-speaking culture, business practices, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for sales and business development.
• A results-driven and proactive attitude.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working with Russian-speaking clients or in the Russian market.
• Understanding of the company's industry and products.
• Additional language proficiency is a plus.
