Location: In Boat Avenue Thalang Cherngtalay.
Salary package : 40K-45K (depend on experience) + Commission
Qualifications
1. Graduated with a bachelor's degree
2. Excellent communication and writing both of English and Thai
3. Exceptional customer service
4. Understanding of health and fitness industry
5. Understanding to motivate the team for achieving the monthly target
6.Experience in customer service and responding to feedback and complaints
7.Experience in recruiting, developing, motivating, deploying and retaining team
8.Minimum 2 years’ experience in comparable position or management level
KPI’s & Duties:
Your duties and responsibilities will be outlined by the Owner in the attached document. You agree to accept additional duties and responsibilities or be transferred to another position as reasonably requested by the Board depending on the needs of the Company’s operations, provided that appropriate training and guidance is provided to you by the Company.
Job description
1. Expected to oversee the daily operations of the club.
2. Expected to lead a team of employees and outside trainers to maximize their potentials of generating revenue.
3. Expected to create an atmosphere within the club that attracts more members and sets us apart from other clubs.
4. Expected to ensure that the Customer Journey is fully implemented and followed by all employees.
5. Expected to work with the Delta55 Owner for training, development and implementation
6. Expected to make use of the Perfect Gym and the new CRM2 systems to increase and track leads
7. Expected to focus on improving membership and PT sales
8. Expected to create adhoc club activities and planned events to improve member engagement, retention and satisfaction
9. Expected to work with our Social Media partners to increase awareness of the club
10. Expected to keep the club tidy, clean, and well maintained at all times
11. Expected to support in the promotional activity and external engagement required to market the facility
12. Expected to manage the staff including scheduling, evaluations, record keeping and general support.
13. Expected to manage the daily class schedule to maximize efficiency for a Delta55 member.
