Qualification

- Proven experience working as a supervisor in the hospitality industry
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to stand for extended periods.

Chef de Partie
Qualification
- Minimum high school, tourism school or culinary school certification
- Minimum of 3 years cooking experience in restaurant and/or 4-5 star hotel kitchen
(or relevant work experience)
- Able to work flexible schedules
- Positive creative
- Self-motivated and team player
- Ability in fast pace environment
- Able to lead a team of young chefs

Demi Chef
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Past experience working in a similar role.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation.
- Passion for delivering great food and service.
- Multitasking and organizational ability.
- Available to work shifts during weekends and holidays.
