Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience in the food and beverage sector may also be considered.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, including significant experience in a managerial role within a free-standing restaurant of a well-reputed company or brand. Previous experience in managing or working within a beach club setting is highly preferred.
Nationality: Open to all nationalities (Thai nationals and Expatriates).
Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially if including Thai.
Leadership and Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, with strong skills in team management, scheduling, and training. Must be capable of effectively managing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including budgeting, inventory control, and procurement.
Customer Service Excellence: Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service. Ability to handle customer feedback and complaints gracefully and professionally.
Operational Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as local laws governing food and beverage operations. Must be able to ensure compliance with all operational standards and requirements.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with restaurant management software and proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment. Must have a passion for the hospitality industry and be driven to create memorable guest experiences.
Strategic Partnership: Ability to work closely with the Director of F&B to develop strategies, implement policies, and continuously improve operations to achieve business goals.
