As we expand our presence in Phuket, Thailand, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at BARTELS locations in Phuket, Laguna, and Blue Tree. Sourdough Baker:
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake sourdough bread according to recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor fermentation and proofing processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure production targets are met.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as a sourdough baker or artisan baker.
- Knowledge of sourdough fermentation processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for baking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
