**Responsibilities**

- Contribute to operational sales effectiveness by establishing relationships with vendors and coordinating everyday interactions, queries, and general information sharing with them.
- Prepare and double recheck the quotes against raised orders to ensure that what has been ordered has been quoted and that the correct terms and conditions have been applied.
- Capture data and maintain as is required by the sales process and sales team.
- Provide basic/routine administrative support to the sales force when it is required.
- Help support team with other general sales related administrative duties & tasks

**Qualification**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Wholesale and Retail, Electrical or any related fields.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in Lighting field or Sales Support field.
- Hardworking and self - motivation, high responsibility to the own 'duty and role, team working, supervising and flexibility for a change.
- Good command of computer (Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Knowledge in Auto CAD / Adobe Photoshop will be advantage.
