Job Specification
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Computer, Computer Engineer, Computer Science or other related areas.
● Good command of written and spoken English
● Having experience in IT project management, Network, Datacenter, Cloud computing, Server/Storage System Administration would be considered an advantage
● Communication skills, learning ability, strong ability to withstand pressure
● Fast learner with strong analytical, problem solving, and creativity
● Achieve-oriented and high commitment to deliver results
● Good documentation skills, organized, methodical and detail-oriented
● Base in Phuket, need go to others upcountry for business

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the IT project management process
2. Manage a team for output in all aspects of the company in Project Management and Project Portfolio Delivery management in regarding processes of Initiation & Feasibility, Solution & Acquisition, Project Implementation, and Project Closing.
3. Recruit and select local team in each project to rollout and train software of the project
4. Coordinate with local team in each project to identify and track project problems in a timely manner and effectively manage project risks
5. Formulation of the project plan and coordination of task assignments between local team
6. Conduct site survey to analyze customer requirement
7. Prepare project design and proposal
8. Manage requirement, scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables
9. Manage all project resources including subcontractors and provide day-to-day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer
10. Work closely with software development and technical support team
11. Effectively advance the progress of the project, control the overall progress of the project, and ensure that the project is completed as planned
12. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
13. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
