DISCOVA is looking for Fleet Executive to join our Phuket team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Handling and making reservation of transportation.
• Ensure the appropriate allocations of in-house Drivers and outsourced transport suppliers efficiently.
• Work closely with Reservation team to ensure all transfer logistic details are fulfilled according to company SOP’s.
• Responsive to any change in logistic and give constant update to related parties (Drivers, Suppliers, Guide, Airport Concierge, etc. ).
• Effectively cooperate with OPS, Reservations, Product, Sales, Customer Experience and Suppliers for seamless daily operations and overall service improvements.
• Report to Fleet Team Leader for any required repair and inspections.
• Ensure all details of each transfer and tours has been checked before passing on the task to drivers
• Ensure 24/7 supports on the ground for client’s complaints and incidents
• Resolve customer service issues to customer’s satisfaction with appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
• Maintain maximum profit on Discova own fleet, through first assignment and high yield orders.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Degree in tourism and hospitality is an advantage
• Fluent in national local language and intermediate to advanced level of written and spoken English
