Qualifications
*Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef, with a minimum of 1 year in a role within the culinary industry.
*Previous experience working in Thailand is essential, with a strong understanding of local ingredients and culinary traditions.
*A creative culinary mind with a passion for Western cuisine and innovation.
*Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills.
*Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai is an advantage.
