As part of our expansion, 444 Media, Inc. is seeking a skilled and accomplished UX/UI Project Manager to join our esteemed team. This position is based in Phuket.

As a UX/UI Project Manager, you will report to the Client Services Manager and/or General Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UX/UI Project Manager at 444 Media, Inc. located in Phuket. The UX/UI Project Manager will be responsible for designing, planning, and managing user experience and user interface design projects. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities

UX/UI Design

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Create user personas and user journeys to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life, including developers and product managers.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all digital platforms.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process and champion user-centric design principles.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and align design solutions with business goals.
- Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to both internal and external stakeholders

Project Management

- Develop and maintain project timelines for design milestones.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Prioritize design tasks according to project goals and deadlines.
- Track total project progress and identify and resolve potential roadblocks.
- Assign development tasks to the web development team, track projects to completion, and keep clients updated on development.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with experience in managing design projects
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in design and prototyping software, such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma
- Demonstrated expertise in gathering and analyzing user requirements, conducting user research, and usability testing
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a design-related field or equivalent work experience.
