● Bachelor's Degree and prior experience coaching and teaching squash or an equivalent combination of education and experience
● Previous competitive squash experience is preferred
● Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
● Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
● Excellent Communication Skills in Thai and English.
● Previous experience in a similar role.
● Organising daily sessions taking attendance, and communicating with players and parents.
● Proven ability to exemplify the highest standards of leadership, sportsmanship, and respect
● Excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all constituents
● Willingness and ability to work evenings as dictated by the game schedule
● Ability to handle internal and external clients with a high degree of tolerance, diplomacy, and tact.
● Professional and polite
● Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays
● Ability to work independently without direct supervision or cohesively as a team
