For our corporate head office in Bangkok, Asian Trails is currently seeking suitable and dynamic candidates that fulfil the criteria as outlined below for the position of:

Accountant Officer – South Branch

Purpose of the role
You will be responsible of Asian Trails financial & accounting; co-ordinate with internal related departments and external service provider to achieve timely and accurate processing of accounts related activities, preparing invoices and payment report, as well as weekly bank transfer and other assigned duties.

Key Responsibilities / Job Description
• Issue invoices to collect money to Asian Trails Ltd. from excel (Daily)
• Prepare Journal voucher, Payment voucher and Received voucher in Oracle-NetSuite (G/L)
• Assist Accounting Manager to Prepare Balance Sheet, Financial Statement and Cash Flow Statement (Monthly)
• Reconcile all sub-ledgers for Asian Trails Ltd
• Assist Accounting Manager and Management to plan the Budget report (Yearly)
• Prepare all tax concerns of Asian Trails car shop: Corporate Income Tax (PND 50, 51), VAT (PP 30), With Holding Tax (PND 1, 3, 53)
• Prepare and summarize payment and Money Transfer
• Prepare Monthly Report template of Financial Statement
• Review daily petty cash control
• Prepare the supporting documents for register
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Desired experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or higher
• Accounting training & certifications (CPD and/or CPA)
• Minimum 1 year experience in accounting and tax principles (
• Accounting Software and MS office
• Mush have experience with Oracle-NetSuite Program
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and excellent computing skills
• Good command of English – both verbally and in writing.
• Timely month-end closing and submission of reports
• Analytical skills with good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• To be honest and reliable
