Marketing Communications Specialist (Work From Home Option)

Dynasty Development, a leading real estate development company specializing in luxury properties, is currently seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our dynamic. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in marketing and communications, particularly within the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote our exclusive Island Collection development.
- Create engaging content for various communication channels, including website, social media platforms, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, ensuring regular updates with relevant and engaging content.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding our customer base.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop promotional materials and support sales initiatives.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies using appropriate metrics.

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in marketing communications or a related field.
- Background in the real estate industry is preferred; familiarity with property market dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency would be beneficial.
- Strong ability to create compelling content for various platforms and target audiences.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., for business purposes. Experience managing social media accounts is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing innovative marketing campaigns that yield measurable results.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.
