Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably within the real estate, hospitality, or related industries.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including real estate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify legal and compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing contracts, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, build consensus, and drive change within an organization.
- Ethical Standards: Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and integrity in all aspects of work.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in compliance, such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), are a plus.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
