Qualifications
-Bachelor / MBA in Business Management, International Business, Accounting or Finance.
-Minimum 10 years experience in Accounting, Finance, and Costing with manufacturing.
-Minimum 3 years experience as a CFO or managerial experience.
-Experience in preparing for and managing an IPO or working in a listed company.
-Aware of Financial and Accounting trends, policy, legal, improvement, and development to ally with the company's business.
-Strong leadership skills in building, developing, and managing a team.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaboratively work with key stakeholders in the organization.
-Excellent English on communication and writing
