Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles within the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
* Flexible schedule with the ability to travel as needed
