Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related fields

-Minimum 5 years experience as the management level.
-Ability to manage budgets and develop a cost-effective marketing campaign.
-Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details.
-Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude and a strong focus on delivering results.
-Strong leadership skills to build and lead an effective team.
-Good understanding of the hotel industry and hospitality services.
