CANDIDATE PROFILE
Preferred Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in related major; 1 years’ experience
• Experience in Sales and Marketing in a medium to large Company
Required Qualifications
• Proficiency in reading and writing English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Well organized with an understanding of priorities and changing demands
• Organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills

JOB SPECIFIC TASKS
1. Provide administrative support to management team.
2. Ensure the office policies and procedure are adhered to.
3. Business Trip Coordinator: Travel arrangement- flight ticket, hotel, etc.
4. Secretarial support for meetings, confirming venues, writing and distributing meeting minutes
5. Managing calendar and appointments.
6. Organizing events, conferences and any special projects required.
7. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
8. Liaising with all managers, associates, suppliers and clients
9. Provide work tools to associate of each department when needed.
10. Monitor inventory and fill up stock to have all material ready to support both sales & marketing.
11. Process “Purchase Order” preparation and approval.
12. Coordinate with Accounting team regarding purchase order and payment process.
13. Seek for new suppliers to support sales & marketing demands.
14. Monthly summary report of purchase order, inventory, management expenses, etc.
15. Perform other duties as requested by management.
