Property Listing & Admin assistant.
**Qualification**
At least 1 – 2 year in Property rental or Hotel experiences
***English & OTA experienced is a must****
- THAI National only
- Good English in reading, speaking, and writing.
- Customer mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
- Multi – task with Willing to do attitude.
- Good Microsoft office, and computer skills,
- a knowledge and experiences in Property / hotel OTA is a must ( Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda and etc )
- Assist with the office's general events and activities.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Good with social media and posting promoting
- Creative & Flexible
- Can drive (if needed), have own vehicle
- Good with social media and posting promoting
- Can drive (if needed), have own vehicle
Daily Duties
- Promote properties for Vacation Rental by listing on different OTA channel, Advertising Facebook page, on any social medias and booking distribution channel in the market under the supervision by Manager.
- Update client database and necessary document on the system.
- Searching for the potential client who might interested in Property Management through Facebook property Page or any business network and sending the contact details to GM.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (Printing and Filing Rental agreement, All form using in department, Inventory list, any document which may require within department)
- Assist and support team with document or job assign by GM or OM if needed.
Salary 25,000 THB - 30,000 THB ( Depend on experiences )
