Director of Human Resources Requirements:
1.Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
2.Overseeing HR processes to build more the effective. Designing and executing comprehensive training and development programs.
3.Establishing and maintaining effective employee relations initiatives. Managing performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and transparent evaluations.
4.Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
5.Collaborate with other departments to drive organizational and cultural change
6.Build strong relationships with employees and act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team

HR Coordinator Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
2.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
3.Additional training/certification in Payroll 4.Management – may be advantageous.
5.Labor Relations certification – may be advantageous.
6.Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator – may be advantageous.
7.Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
8.Knowledge of employment legislation.
9.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10.Protecting the interests of all employees.
11.Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
