Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and make recommendations for improvement.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software applications.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
