We are looking for a General Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations and performance of Recall Isaan Isan at Khaoyai.
· The General Manager will report to the MD and work closely with the other managers and staff of the company.
· The General Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities:
· Develop and implement the strategic vision, goals, and objectives of the company in alignment with the concept and the mission.
· Ensure the quality and consistency of the products and services offered by the company, and monitor the customer satisfaction and feedback.
· Manage the financial and human resources of the company, and ensure the compliance with the legal and ethical standards and regulations.
· Establish and maintain effective relationships with the internal and external stakeholders, such as the local communities, the government agencies, the media, the suppliers, and the partners.
· Identify and pursue new opportunities and initiatives for the growth and improvement of the company, and evaluate the risks and challenges.
· Lead and motivate the team of managers and staff, and foster a positive and collaborative work culture.

About the qualifications:
· We are looking for a General Manager who has the following qualifications and skills:
· A bachelor's degree or higher in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in managing and leading a tourism or hospitality business or project, preferably in a cultural or natural setting.
· Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Isaan culture and nature, and a genuine passion and interest in promoting and preserving them.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English and Thai. Knowledge of the Isaan language or dialect is a plus.
· Excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team and with diverse stakeholders.
· Excellent strategic and analytical skills, and the ability to make sound decisions and solve problems.
· Excellent creativity and innovation skills, and the ability to adapt and respond to changing needs and trends.
· A positive and proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
