Position: All-Day Breakfast Chef
Salary Range:
18,000-22,000 THB + Service charge + Tips
(or higher depending on capabilities)
Basic Requirements:
1. Thai nationality, aged between 25 - 40 years old ONLY
2. Strong knowledge in kitchen and restaurant or café operations.
3. Minimum 2 years experience working and training in Thai or Western kitchens.
4. Competent skills in English speaking and reading skill is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus and satisfy our customers' tastes and preferences.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with attention to detail and presentation.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Develop new menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
