Responsibilities:
• Thai Nationality
• Monitor, maintain, diagnose, and repair the organisation’s computer systems, software, hardware, and networks.
• Manage and maintain the organisation’s website, change and update information on the website.
• Monitor and maintain the organisation’s Zoho system.
• Provide technical assistance with company’s systems, software, and hardware.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team and keep all system and platforms up to date.
• Other tasks as directed

Candidate requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent education required.
• Proficiency in software including: Zoho (CRM, Books), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, website management and Social Media platforms.
• 3 years previous experience in a similar role/industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Thai.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
