JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Follow recipes with precision as related to the prep and churning of ice creams

2. Manage the quality control for all ice creams that are produced: taste, weight, presentation

3. Assist with the preparation and decoration of pastry items, as needed (as mix in or decoration of the ice cream containers)

4. Analyze feedback and/or any customer development learnings to improve existing products

5. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and functional kitchen space and highlight to Founder and Head Chef any areas for improvement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 1-3 years pastry kitchen experience. Will consider recent graduates.

2. Keen interest in ice cream production and some pastry preparation

3. Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays, as needed.

4. Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Possess professional disposition with the ability to work with a variety of people and cooperate with co-workers efficiently and effectively

6. Solution-oriented and team player when it comes to problem-solving

7. Kitchen location: Phuket Town
